  • Toshiba Puts Users 'On TV' in Times Square
    12.07.2009

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to see your face on a big screen in Times Square, New York? Well, quit wondering! Toshiba has introduced the "I'm on TV" Feature to TOSHIBA VISION in the world-famous Times Square.

Debuting New Year's Eve, Toshiba will display user-created videos on a big screen on top of One Times Square Building for all of the Big Apple to see. Consumers can record personal videos using their personal webcam and visiting the official website. A total of 18 lucky people will have their videos aired three times a day.

Toshiba encourages users to express their "Visions for the Next Decade" via their 8-second submission. What makes this even more interesting is that the consumers' goals and resolutions must be expressed in silence, leaving plenty of room for creativity.
Toshiba also plans to put users on TOSHIBA VISION four times a year in conjunction with other holiday events, such as Valentine's Day and Earth Day

Visit the official website for more details and submission information.
