The 3D TV revolution has begun! In order to benefit from these
new technologies not only will you need a new 3D TV but 3D-compatible hardware,
expensive 3D glasses, and unique 3D media as well. With this in mind LG has
unveiled its newest 3D TV bundles.
Called the 1-2-3D bundles they will be included with the purchase of the Infinia
LED HDTVs series LX9500 and LX6500 and 3D capable BX580 Blu-ray player. The
bundles will include 2 pairs of active shutter 3D glasses needed for viewing 3D
content, a $100 instant rebate, and a mail-in coupon for a free copy of the 3D
Blu-ray IMAX movie, Under the Sea.
As part of the announcement from LG, Peter Reiner, senior vice president of
marketing said, “While consumers are still seeking the ultimate 2D HDTV home
entertainment experience, demand for 3D technology is growing by the day, and as
more content becomes available in the 3D format, this demand will continue to
increase.”
The LX9500 and LX6500 TV series from LG continues to provide consumers with
sleek designs and extraordinary picture and sound quality that their customers
have come to expect. Both combine edge lighting and local dimming for a
super-sharp image in a slim bezel and both are available in 55inch and 47inch
model. These series also take advantage of LG's internet features which provide
virtually unlimited content possibilities through NetCast Entertainment Access.
This provides the ability to access Netflix, Vudu, Picasa photos, and YouTube

requires an appropriate camera.
LG continues to impress experts and consumers alike with their commitment to
providing consumers with the latest TV technologies available today.
